What is the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA)?

The Microsoft Customer Agreement is a simplified, digital contract between you and Microsoft that governs the purchase and use of Microsoft products and services. It replaces older agreements like the Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement (MOSA) for many customers and is designed to make transactions transparent, flexible, and easy to manage.

Benefits for You as the Customer

  • Streamlined Experience: MCA is short, digital, and doesn’t expire. It automatically updates as you add products, so you don’t need to renegotiate terms.
  • Transparency: Pricing and terms are clear and accessible online.
  • Flexibility: Supports multiple purchasing models, including pay-as-you-go and CSP-based transactions.
  • Control: You can view and manage your Microsoft direct billing account, invoices, and subscriptions in the Microsoft portal.

What MCA Allows All Covered to Do

  • Provision Licensing: We can sell and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and other Microsoft services for you.
  • Ensure Compliance: MCA acceptance is required before we can activate or renew licenses.
  • Simplify Onboarding: MCA provides the legal foundation for CSP and GDAP relationships, enabling us to deliver services securely.
