What is the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Relationship?

The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program is Microsoft’s way of enabling trusted partners—like All Covered—to manage your Microsoft cloud services on your behalf. When you establish a CSP relationship, you authorize us to act as your partner for licensing, billing, and support.

What All Covered Can Do as Your CSP

  • Provision and Manage Licenses: Add, remove, and adjust Microsoft 365, Azure, and other subscriptions.
  • Provide Tier-1 Support: Act as your first point of contact for technical issues and service requests.
  • Offer Value-Added Services: Deliver consulting, security, and productivity solutions tailored to your organization.
  • Advocate for You: Work directly with Microsoft on your behalf for escalations and advanced support.


Responsibilities

All Covered (CSP Partner):

  • Maintain accurate billing and subscription management.
  • Provide timely support and guidance.
  • Protect your data and follow Microsoft’s security standards.

Customer:

  • Approve the CSP relationship in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Ensure payment for services as agreed.
  • Manage internal user access and comply with Microsoft’s acceptable use policies.
